I absolutely love Mexican food and anything spicy!! Here's my recipe for burritos that wont add up too quickly. 1 Low calorie tortilla ( 75 calories) 1/8 cup no fat shredded cheese(50) 1 cup shredded lettuce (8 calories) 4 tbs spicy salsa (50 calories) total calories= 183 You can split the tortilla in two and make two little burritos or four and make four little burritos. It looks like a lot of food all for under 200 calories! Eat this around your family and they won't get suspicious because they cant see what's inside the tortilla, and they will just assume your having regular burritos. I've been surviving off these babies for three days now lol
