Getting close!!

Tomorrow is the last day to email me if you want to be in the competition!!!! I'm pretty flexible with all of this especially because you all are from different places in the world and different time zones. I live in the central time zone in the USA, so the latest that I will take entries is Saturday night to make sure that everyone had a fair chance to enter :) If you have some sort of problem with emailing me your stats by then, just let me know, and if you have a real reason that you could not send them to me by the deadline then I will still let you enter :) We have 18 girls signed up so far and I hope to see a few more by Saturday!! Good luck to everyone in the competition and make sure you give your love and support to everyone as they work towards their goals.

Text/Email Buddies!

One of the competitors in our Super Slim Down competition suggested that we exchange numbers and/or email addresses so that we can txt and email each other throughout the competition. If you think it's a good idea you can comment with your email address on this post and then the other contestants can email you and ask for your number there if you want to give it out. Obviously, you don't just want to post it here where any creeper can see it and start txting you 24/7. I Don't Want you to be Bisexual!

Ok so something really funny happened. A few days ago, my bf told somebody that I weighed 215lbs just joking around. I acted offended and he said ya right more like 115! We joked around some more and I said " I bet I could get down to 115lbs" And he was like "really?, I think you might look too skinny then." The magic words lol " too skinny" So now that's my goal weight by the end of my weight loss challenge, 115lbs. I told him I wa going to drop that low and he seemed kind of excited about the idea.
Then today, we went to a restaurant with his friend. I was trying to play a game on his phone while he was driving and I started to feel kind of nauseated. I told him I felt kind of sick and he was like "Really? From what?" I told him it was just motion sickness, no big deal. When we got in the restaurant I brought it up again that I felt like throwing up and he said " You're weight is fine! I don't want you to be ... bisexual? umm bi-curious? " I started laughing so hard and I was like "Bulimic?" Then he was like " Oh yeah! That's what it's called" I assured him that I wasn't, and if I was, I would be a bad bulimic because you need to throw up after you eat, not before. We dropped the subject, and then when the waitress brought out bread and butter, I reached for a piece and he slapped my hand away and took the basket of bread. I felt like he didn't want me to eat and he wants me to be skinnier.  He was just trying to be funny but I was relieved because he saved me from all of those calories!! When the food came, I barely picked at it and let him eat a lot of it. I can't wait to get down to 115lbs so I can be perfect and beautiful for him :)

40 Pounds!?

I don't want to sound like a fat bashing bitch but 40lbs in less than 4 months?? How the hell do you put on that much weight in such a short period of time? A girl from my high school did last semester. I just can't even fathom it. According to her she has no medical conditions, no extra stress, nothing life changing happened other than the fact that she started college, started eating A LOT, and got really lazy. OMG I just can't even imagine. She was never reallly fat in highschool, but she managed to go from being 5'6'' and 140lbs to being 180lbs! Oooooo that can't be healthy. I wish I went to her school so I could help her out. Her BMI went from 22.6 to a 29 in three months! I feel so bad for her.

Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed your weekend. We got a bunch of snow for some reason, which is strange because it was just like 80 degrees the other day. Anyway, there are still 5 days to sign up for the competition and I look forward to hearing from you all. I'm so excited for this and I can't wait to start. I hope all of you decide to participate. Super Slim Down Competition!!!

First, I would just like to apologize for not posting the rules yesterday. I got caught up studying and didn't have enough time. Not to mention that one of my friends kept peering over my shoulder looking at the computer screen so I couldn't really get a lot of work done. Well, without further ado ...
1. The contest starts in 1 week on April 1, 2011 and ends on May 21, 2011!!!!
2. All competitors need to email me by March 31, 2011 with their stats ( height, weight, age, country, and whatever other information you would like to share)
3. Every Friday is weigh-in day! Email me you updates every Friday so I can post who is in the lead.
4. There will be a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place :) which I will mail to you no charge!
5. The winner will be judged off of highest percent weight lost. In the event of a tie, we will judge of of BMI change and total weight lost.
6. Use whatever method you want to lose the most weight and get in the best shape you can!
7. Please be honest about your stats. If you lie, you are only cheating yourself.
8. Have fun and stay motivated!!
9. I take no responsibility for any health problems or injury that occur to any of the contestants. By participating in this you take all responsibility for the results.
10. The contest in open to anyone who wants to lose weight and gain perfection! Remember, even if you don't win a prize, you win so much more by working towards perfection. Good luck!

Okk so I think that about covers it! I think I might make t-shirts that you can buy for the competition depending on how many people are interested or maybe bracelets or something. Just let me know what you want. Everyday I will post about my progress and methods and I am posting meal plans for each day of the week if anybody wants to follow them. And, I will be posting pics of myself each week so you all can see my progress. Fell free to send pics to my email if you want me to post them with your weekly progress. Seven Things About Me

1. I Love To Dance!
I may not be very good at it, but there is just something about jumping, leaping, and twirling that just sets me free and takes me away to another place. I hope that I can keep getting better with practice and become a beautiful ballerina.
2. I love to read. I can just sit around for hours on end doing nothing but reading. There is just something so captivating about reading, I really can't explain it.

3. I love having long hair. It's almost down to my butt, and I don't think I could ever have it short. It's been so long my whole life, I would feel like I was losing a part of me. I like to think of myself as the princess Repunzle and I hope that some day my Knight in shining armor comes and saves me.
4.  My worst habit is biting my nails. I hate that I do it, and I wish I could stop it, but I really just can't! I wish that I could grow my nails out. Not like super long or anything, just not these little stubs I have. Any time I get nervous or excited, I just start chewing on them. Ugh! It's so frustrating!!!
5. My absolute favorite uncooked, unseasoned, nothing added to it food in the whole entire world is avocados! They are so delicious and I could just eat them all day long, but I don't need all those extra calories!!
6. I love storms in the summer time. The smell of rain is just amazing to me and I love getting caught out in the rain. Late at night, if a thunderstorm rolls in and wakes me up, I will go downstairs and sit in the bay window to watch it. There is just something so beautiful about a storm.
7. A lot of people tell me that I look like Shakira when I have my hair curly. I absolutely love her music and she is an amazing dancer. I wish that I could dance like her, that would be so amazing. Maybe if I practice hard enough I will be able to some day! Hips don't lie baby!!!

It's great to be Back

Hello everyone!,
     How was your spring break? It was so wonderful to just get away from everything for a while. I spent most of my break with my amazing boyfriend just relaxing, playing tennis, and enjoying the sunshine :) Spring is officially here and I'm so glad it's finally starting to warm up. Ok so I'm officially declaring May 21 to be the start of swimsuit season!!! I know it's kind of random, and pools don't open until a couple weeks later, but I like to get things done early. Having said that, I am going to start a contest.I will post the rules tomorrow or later today (I hope) Basically, it's going to be a contest to see who can get in the best swimsuit shape by May 21. I might make t-shirts too if anybody is interested :) Even if you live in Australia or somewhere else where it's not going into summer, you can still participate :) I'm also going to come up with some sort of prize for the winner!  Let me know if you interested and also let me know how you all have been doing! Can I Help You!?

Ok so I went to eat in the cafeteria in my building today and its like a buffet style thing. I go up to put food on my plate and this worker lady is on the other side just standing there staring at my plate and what food I put on it. It was so creepy. I felt like she was judging me for what I put on my plate. I was too intimidated to get food, so I went and sat back down. When I went to try again, there she was staring at me again. What a creeper! I know it's probably her job to make sure we use the spoons and don't mess up the food, but she could back off a little bit when people are trying to get food. It's hard enough to eat without the cafeteria lady staring you down. Ugh... I should have said something.

My Dress!

Sorry this picture is so blurry, but here it is! I made the skirt part out of flowery fabric and elastic, then I used a white tank top, cut off the excess material, then stitched it onto the skirt. Voila! A pretty little dress.


So this weekend I was feeling like Martha Stewart and decided to make things. First I used a whole magazine and bottle of elmers glue to make this awesome folded paper picture frame. It took forever to make, but it looks awesome.

Yesterday, I made this lovely little dress and matching headband. It's so beautiful and I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can wear it. I never knew how easy it was to make your own clothing. I'll have to post a picture later because I havn't taken one yet. I wonder what I'll make next?

Pretty Things


I bet everyone here thinks I'm really really creepy. I'm sitting here in our student center and every one around me is just stuffing themselves full of food and I'm not eating or drinking anything. I'm just kind of staring around at everyone else, being creepy, and wishing I could just rip the food out of their hands and eat it all... but then I would feel so guilty and wouldn't eat for another week. Have to stay strong...

So tempted, but I have no money with me, can 't find my meal swipe card still, so eating isn't really an option. Lol I want some coffee or tea or something. My hands are shaking so badly, the weather is nicer though 63 degrees, and I slept for like 12 hours last night. I want to just keep going on this half fast thing I'm doing. Need to stay strong.

You Give Me Strength

      I especially want to acknowledge a girl named Unknown at Fighting To Be Me. She commented on one of my posts today and simply said " I wish I was as strong as you" Even though the comment was short and simple, it had a huge impact on me. All the time I feel weak, yet I encourage other people to keep fighting and stay strong. So many people tell you to be strong, but this one girl told me that I was strong and that she wishes she could be strong. This one comment made me realize, I not only have to be strong for myself, but for everyone else out there who needs a friend. Every girl who needs a little encouragement. Every girl who just needs a little support. Every girl who is battling with herself everyday to be perfect. I get my strength from the people around me, and I hope that I can be an example for anyone who wishes to embark on our journey towards perfection.

Like the Clouds You Drift me Away

Today is a cloud day lol no food. Just water and air for me. Like a cloud just drifting around. So tired. Only like 4 hours of sleep last night. Three hours the night before. My eyes just want to close but I can't sleep now. Theres too much to do. Need to keep working hard. My coach complimented me at practice last night. Noticed how much higher I could leap and flip. It's a lot easier without all that extra weight holding you down. The more I lose the better I feel. I'm so exhausted, I just want to lay down a little while.
