I Really Need to Stop Doing That!

So I fasted until I got home from school and around 4:00 I decided it would be good to eat before going to 4 hours of gymnastics. I had 5 pizzelle cookies (115) and some soup I made out of broth(30) spinach (10) and salsa(30) absolutely amazing. Only 185 calories for the whole day :) right? WRONG After gymnastics we went to my bf's brothers house and I just started eating chips... ugh I think about 300 calories worth. I feel gross. Still 485 calories isn't bad for the day, and it's definitely under 800 calories for the day. Who knows? Maybe I had less than 300 calories of chips... lets hope. Just water and tea for the rest of the night. I need to avoid traps like that. I always scarf chips over there. Hmm... Any ways I think I'll do some conditioning before bed time. I think my burn was about 600gymnastics+1500BMR= 2100-485= a deficit of 1650 for the day. Thats almost 1/2 a pound(1800) yay me :D I hope everyone else had a good day! Goodnight skinnies <3

  1. oh my god! that's amazing! i do cross country, so maybe this will help you, I always eat lunch, and I usually have something with protein and something with carbs. usually three almonds and a few carrots. then afterwards, I have a few more almonds. That way I don't go crazy, and I have extra energy to work hard at my workout!

    what level of gymnastics are you on??

  2. I hate those traps. Two days ago I bought some cookies for my brother... and of course I ate some too. That's not fair.

  5. Lol I'll still be the biggest. I'm 5'8'' so I'm a giant compared to most of them :)
