Oh my goodness this is amazing! Go to the store and buy a box of soup stock that's low cal, I bought Tuscany Broth and Chicken. Pour it into a bowel. Take a bunch of baby spinach and shred it up by hand. Put it on top of the broth. Microwave for 1min. Stir. Microwave for another min. 20 calories per cup!!! Downside= high sodium so you should probably get low sodium stock if that concerns you. Seriously, this is amazing stuff. You can use and broth that's low cal and add spinich, lettuce, cabbage, anything low cal that appeals to you. :) It really fills you up!
