Get on the Scale!
So, I was driving to school today, car overheated and I had to pull over on the side of the road. Nobody would answer their phone, so I had to walk all the way home almost 4 miles. I know this doesn't seem like much, but it was 8 AM, I had my school bag, and there are lots of hills on the way home. Good news, I burned about 280 calories. My intake so far today has been V8 juice(50) and a hard candy (15) oops lol This morning, my boyfriend and I were getting ready in the bathroom and I told him to get on the scale (180.5) and then he told me I had to get on the scale. Ahhh! I hesitated, tried to make excuses, tried to run away, I told him no no no, I've gained weight! I don't want to see... but then I had to get on the scale. It said 133! ugh I told him it was because of my clothes, and so I stripped down and reweighed, 130, yay! He was like "See, that's no big deal. I bet you get back down to 127 like that!" (He is under the impression that I've been 127 this whole time :) hehe. He has no Idea about the 13 pounds I've lost, so I can lose a lot of weight without him getting suspicious, because when I get to 120 it like, what? I only lost 7 pounds, when really it's 23 pounds lost.) I was like, "I bet I could get down to 127 by tomorrow morning!" He was like" ya! But what does it matter, it's all about how you look, that's what's important, and you look amazing!" I don't think he realizes how much his words encourage me sometimes. Any ways, I'm super excited about this liquid diet cleanse thing. I hope to be down to 125 by the end of it. That would be sweet! I've never done a cleanse before, so I'm a little nervous. Wish me luck!
