I'm going to design a t-shirt to wear with a solidarity fist on the front wearing a red beaded bracelet, and on the back it will say qoud me nutrit me destruit. That's Latin for what nourishes me also destroys me. I think it would be kind of a cool shirt that we could all make and wear on certain days when we fast together or something like that. Would anybody be interested in doing this with me? I think it would be a great way to stay motivated on those really hard days. I really need to do a picture post soon so I can show you all what I've been getting up to lately. Let me know what you think of the shirt idea <3
