The 2-4-6-8 diet was pretty uneventful this time around. I only lost about 4.5 pounds, but I guess it's better than nothing. I'll probably just put all of the weight back on after dinner tomorrow. JK! But seriously, I wish I would have gotten better results. Hopefully, by his birthday I can see some real progress.

I would definitely recommend this diet! It's really easy to do, especially if you mainly eat fruit and soup because it's low cal,fills you up, and you can have a lot of it for little calories. If anybody needs meal plan ideas just let me know.
