Day 3

I did all 200 crunches in a row last night, and my abs were burning. My arms and legs are still very sore from all of these exercises! I hope that I can stay strong and keep doing these exercises every day. Eventually, I will have to switch it up and increase the intensity so that my body does not get too used to the exercise program. Only 18 days left until my boyfriends birthday!! I need to step it up

  2. Thanks! I'm trying to get my abs as toned as I can. Swim suit season is approaching quickly!!! lol only like 3 months. I need to get all toned up before then.

  3. If you have the discipline to do 200 crunched at once, then I have noooo doubt you'll be able to keep this up until your boyfriend's birthday, and well beyond! I wish I could do 200 all in one sitting, but usually I break everything into sets. Keep up the good work; and thank you so much for your support.

  4. I sure hope I can keep it up, and I hope some of the soreness in my muscles goes away. It feels like my legs were run over by a truck! I am determined to get better, and I know that I can with all of the support and encouragement I get from all the pro-ana girls here. Thank you so much!
