Wow so I picked a wonderful day to start the 2-4-6-8 diet. Super Bowl Sunday. So now I'm going to be at a party full of pizza and chips and salsa and appetizers and drinks and all sorts of treats that are going to tempt me so badly. ugh. I need to stay strong.
