So Freaking Close!

 125.4! WTF!? I need to work harder and get to 125 flat so I can get my reward :) A new sport bra and running shorts! I want the bra to be white, not sure about the shorts though. This is an awesome reward though because starting tomorrow I'm training for a 10k race on St. Patricks day. Hopefully this get my legs nice and tight. I'm going to post a thigh pic every Tuesday morning. Time for four hours of gymnastics!!! Wish me luck <3 Sunshine

Ok so I have my categories for Project Me! Now I just need to start filling the binder up!I love how naturey it is :) The categories are Gymnastics ( skills I need to get, routines, conditioning, etc.)  Fitness ( my measurements and weight, progress charts, graphs, exercises, goals and rewards,  sit up challenge, push up challenge) Bible study ( my readings, reflections, prayers)  Goals ( Weely, monthly, yearly goals, New Year's resolutions) Budget ( my saving, spending, and money plans)Future plans ( Long term plans and how I will execute them, bucket list) Projects ( anything I'm currently working on, want to do or make, plans for projects) Random Stuff ( Ideas, pretty pictures, drawings, stuff folder, random things I find that interest me) I hope it all works out well and I can stick to all of my plans and reach all of my goals ! :)

Slowly

 127.4 :) we're getting there. I guess I started at around 129ish, so on day four, I'm down 1.6lbs. Let's see, that's .4 lbs per day. So minimum, I should lose 4 lbs by the end of this. I think I can drop faster though, and lose at least 7. That would be stupendous :) I don't feel much like blogging at the moment... blah. I'm in a book reading mood right now. Wheres my kindle at?

Oh by the Way...

Second Day

128.2 :) That's the weight this morning and I'm loving it. Let's see. During vacation we were doing so many things and we were in the ocean so much that we only ate like two times per day, which is awesome. Everything in mississippi seems to be fried though, so it was hard to avoid the calories at dinner, but I think I did ok. Seriously, I hope everybody tries the plan out. It's easy and it works wonders. If you are concerned about protein, try greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt. Higher calories, but 18 grams of protein, so that's good. Also peas, corn, spinach, broccoli, chickpeas, and artichokes are protein rich veggies. Also peaches and avocados are pretty high in protein for fruits. I don't feel like I lost muscle when I went on this. The place I noticed the most change was my tummy and my love handles decreased dramatically!  I'm feeling kinda out of it today, so I'm gonna go for a long sweaty run.

First Day

 Here we go again! Day one of the ten day challenge :) This thing works wonders, I promise. The last time I did it I lost 11 lbs in ten days :) I've kept that weight off since august, so I know this really works and you won't just put all the weight back on in a week. Here are the rules once again: Breakfast= Sugarfree energy drink, hot tea, or black coffee. Lunch= Light yogurt ( Under 100 calories)   Snack all day on negative calorie foods and tea and coffee Dinner= fresh fruits and veggies. Weigh in every morning and post it! :) It really is an easy and effective way to shed weight fast. It's a great detox before you start something like the SGD or ABC. So far today I've had water, 1 cup of stewed tomatoes (70) and a low fat pineapple greek yogurt (160) I kinda screwed up on the yogurt, but it's the only kind we had here :/  I'm feeling pretty good about today. I might make a smoothie later for my snack ( Is skim milk in my smoothie cheating?) Maybe I'll just make a sort of slushie thing out of blended frozen strawberries and pineapple? Hmmm choices choices lol For dinner I'm having steamed carrots broccoli and cauliflower all mixed together. Maybe some spinach too :) How is everyone else doing?

Just Curious...

So have any of you ladies been contacted by some super creepy middle aged guy saying he can train you so be pro ana?  It happened to me a few weeks ago when I was checking my email and this guy popped up on aim saying he could "train me to be anorexic". I told him to leave me alone and he signed off really fast. I didn't think much of it at first, just some creep messing with me. Today, one of my pro-ana buddies that I text told me that some guy contacted her saying the same thing. He told her he needed a picture of her in her underwear. WTF If this guy tries to contact you guys don't be deceived. He is just some creepy ass old man trying to get pictures of pretty girls in their undies. What a sicko . Seriously if you encounter this ass hole tell him to fuck off and get a life.

Guess Who?

 I'm Baaaaack!! Mississippi was absolutely fantastically amazing! The ocean was so beautiful and it was above 70 degrees the whole time. I can't wait to show you all the pictures, but I have to wait until my dad gives me the cd from his camera, because I don't have any pictures of myself on my camera. I got like a million seashells and I cant wait to make them into crafts and stuff. So of corse, on the day I get back, I start my period. I'm super bloated and nasty looking in the tummy region. It wasn't too bloated looking in the pics though, I hope. I really need to stop procrastinating on making my project me book. I'm going to get on that right once I'm done with this post. Today, I plan on fasting to get all of that vacation food out of me. The seafood down south tastes more amazing than any I have ever had before! Mmmm crawfish tails :)  Starting tomorrow, no prepackaged preservative filled foods. Only whole wonderful amazing clean pure natural foods. Does anybody want to do ten day challenge diet with me?  Last time I did it I lost 11 lbs in ten days. I'm serious. I've never gained it back, and it's been like 5 months. Somewhere Beyond the Sea...

   Time to start packing for my little trip! Hmmm let's see. I'll need an outfit for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Clothing= 4 pairs of socks. 4 pairs of undies.2 pairs running shorts. 2 nice shorts. 3 tee shirts. 2 nice shirts to wear with shorts. Jeggings. 2 sport bras. 1 pajama pants. 1 Hoodie. Northface jacket. 2 Swimsuits. Cover-up.  1 regular bra. 1 pair Leggings. 1 nice top. Flip flops. Sneakers. Flats. Bathroom stuff= Contact case. Glasses. Toothbrush and toothpaste. Hairbrush. Headbands. Hair ties. Tampons. face wash. shampoo and conditioner. Deoderant Technology= Cellphone. Charger. Camera. Camera charger. Ipod. Ipod arm band. Kindle. Other stuff= journal, pillow Can you all think of anything else I might need? I'm hopeless at packing lol I'm going to say that my weight is 128 before leaving for Mississippi and I'm not going to weigh myself until friday morning. I hope I can drop a few lbs while I'm gone :)

Working Like a Charm!

  I ended up having only one serving of smoothie (72.5) then I cheated because I had 15 almonds (127) and a bunch of banana pepper rings (15) Daily total=  214.5 calories!! Whoo Hoo Tomorrow I am going to start my day with a green smoothie that's made of 1/2 grape fruit (37) 1/2 a banana (52) 1 cup spinach (7) and 2oz water (0) total=  96 I hope this tastes good. It's supposed to be really really healthy, and you can't taste the spinach at all (I hope) I have to be up at 5:45 to get ready for the gymnastics meet tomorrow! I'm so excited :)

72.5 Calories!

  My dad got us a Ninja Blender thingy and it is awesome. Here is a pic of what I will be eating today!! I use a spoon instead of a straw because that makes it last longer.  Each recipe makes 2- 8oz servings. Simple, clean and wonderful! 1 cup skim milk. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. 1/2 cup frozen pineapple. Each serving has only 72.5 calories. I plan on having 4 today for a wonderful 290 calorie day :)

Smoothie Diet!


 
 So, for today, Saturday, and Sunday, all I am going to eat is smoothies! I plan on having 3 per day, each under 200 calories. The first one I will be eating for today is 1 cup skim milk(80 ) 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (25) and 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (40) = 145 Now that I think about it, this is going to be a huge smoothie. I might split in in half, then have the other half later, and if I need it, I'll make another one later. Only 290 calories in a day sounds good to me :) Does that make me crazy? Lol I love calculating things. If my body needs 2000 cal per day to exercise and live it needs 6000 calories over the next 3 days. If I eat only 300 per day x 3 = 900 I will have a deficit of 5100 so I will definitely lose at least a pound and a half. Usually when I go  no meat no starch super low cal like this I lose 1.5 -2 lbs per day. hmm 4.5-6 lbs loss would be good. Idk what I'm going to eat while we are in Mississippi. Supposedly, it's the fattest state in the U.S.A. 4 days surrounded by the family? Ahhhh! lol I'm going to try for lots of sea food because we are on the coast, and it's so low cal :) Plus, we are driving for 12 hours, so there won't be many eating opportunities there. Also, I can just say it's part of my resolution to eat healthier. My dad is a fitness fanatic, so he'll probably encourage it. I'm concerned for when they see me in my swim suit lol Ribs and hip bones galore! Oh and those collar bones and spine! Geeze Louise. Hopefully they don't notice too much. I hope I get tan and burn a bunch of calories swimming in the ocean, because I will be missing 3 days of gymnastics practice. I am going to take so many pictures to show you all and I'll post a full body pic of me, face included lol :) Well, it's 2:03 so I guess I can't put breakfast off much longer.                                                        SOOOO my father just informed us for a late Christmas present he is taking our family to the golf of Mexico! I live in the smack dab middle of the united states, so I am so excited to get to the coast! I want to play in the ocean sooo badly!! I just checked the weather and it's supposed to be like mid seventies in Pensacola florida, but my dad won't tell us exactly where he's taking us. I'm soooo excited. We are leaving early like 5AM Monday     morning and coming back Thursday night. Road trip baby! It's gonna take about 12 hours to drive there, which kinda sucks, but I get to go through a bunch of states I've never been to before. WHoo Hooo! So my main point is, if I'm swimming in the ocean, I gotta look good. I have about 4 days to lose some major poundage. I'm thinking a fast, maybe? I can lose at least 2lbs per day liquid fasting, I've seen it happen for me :) I'm stuck at between 128 -129 for like 4 days, so with my fast, I could definitely be down to 123 :) That would look good in a bikini right? Plus, I'm gonna get get all tan and sexy ;) Watch out Atlantic ocean, here I come!

A New Leaf

 Last night was the last night. I mean it this time. From now on, I'm sticking to my goals no exceptions. There's no tomorrow. I'm putting my book together and I will make all of my dreams a reality.
