First Day

 Here we go again! Day one of the ten day challenge :) This thing works wonders, I promise. The last time I did it I lost 11 lbs in ten days :) I've kept that weight off since august, so I know this really works and you won't just put all the weight back on in a week. Here are the rules once again: Breakfast= Sugarfree energy drink, hot tea, or black coffee. Lunch= Light yogurt ( Under 100 calories)   Snack all day on negative calorie foods and tea and coffee Dinner= fresh fruits and veggies. Weigh in every morning and post it! :) It really is an easy and effective way to shed weight fast. It's a great detox before you start something like the SGD or ABC. So far today I've had water, 1 cup of stewed tomatoes (70) and a low fat pineapple greek yogurt (160) I kinda screwed up on the yogurt, but it's the only kind we had here :/  I'm feeling pretty good about today. I might make a smoothie later for my snack ( Is skim milk in my smoothie cheating?) Maybe I'll just make a sort of slushie thing out of blended frozen strawberries and pineapple? Hmmm choices choices lol For dinner I'm having steamed carrots broccoli and cauliflower all mixed together. Maybe some spinach too :) How is everyone else doing?

  2. This seems like a really nice diet and I wanna try it the only thing I'm concerned about is protein? When u lost the weight do u think u lost muscle at all? I wish I'd lose some muscle in my legs but that's prolly it lol
