Tiny Tummy Tacos

I absolutely love Mexican food and anything spicy!! Here's my recipe for burritos that wont add up too quickly.      1 Low calorie tortilla ( 75 calories) 1/8 cup no fat shredded cheese(50) 1 cup shredded lettuce (8 calories) 4 tbs spicy salsa (50 calories) total calories= 183 You can split the tortilla in two and make two little burritos or four and make four little burritos. It looks like a lot of food all for under 200 calories! Eat this around your family and they won't get suspicious because they cant see what's inside the tortilla, and they will just assume your having regular burritos. I've been surviving off these babies for three days now lol

Hello everybody! Day three of my total commitment to Ana and I'm feeling great. The past two days have been pretty successful in my opinion. Both days have been under 900 calories and I know this might not sound amazing, but its a start. I haven't eaten anything yet today, but I had this brilliant idea that I should take some pics before I get all bloated up with food. I hope you all aren't too grossed out, and having these pics will help me to stay motivated. So here goes, what I look like at week one:

Dizzy

Today was a pretty good day. It was hard to resist at work, but I made it without too much damage :) About 650 calories today. Not too shabby. I can't wait until some results start to show. I'm feeling kind dizzy though from lack of food. Apparently you burn about 250 calories per hour waiting tables, so during an average 5 hour shift I burn 1250 calories. I only worked for like 3 1/2 hours today, and it was kinda slow, so I think I only burned like 500 calories at work. Pro-ana Survival Kit!

So I had a total moment of inspiration today. I am going to create a special survival kit so that I always have everything necessary on hand that I will need to pursue my pro-ana dreams.First, I'm going to get a big box with a lid and I'm going to decorate it and make it beautiful.I might paint it or put some pretty paper on it. IDK just something that looks amazing. Then I'm going to will it with all sorts of Ana essentials. This is what I'm going to put in there * TUMS for the tummy pains * Reusable water bottle* Mulitivitamins* Biotin vitamins to keep the hair and nails healthy* My thinspo book* Meal tracking notebook* Pro-ana recipies* Exercise plans* My favorite diet meal plans* My crochet needle and yarn to distract me from cravings* My goal charts* Gum to distract me from cravings* Advil for random pains* ACE bandage to wrap around my tummy and decrease cravings* Thinspo pics*Sugarfree hot chocolate packets* Hot tea bags* Rubber bands to wear on my wrist and snap if I have cravings                                                                                                                                                    Does anyone else have any ideas about what should go in my box? I think this will really help me to stay on track and shed some lbs. If anybody else wants to start a box, feel free, and let me know how it works out for you :)                                                                                                                            

So It Begins

So I'm just going to put all of my excuses out there for not committing to ana                                                                                1. I'm afraid of the unknown                                                                                                                                                                                          So ya there it is. No more of that now. Today is day one of the rest of my life. I will lose these horrible thunder thighs. I will have six pack abs. Every part of my body will be hard and toned and absolutely 100% jiggle free. I will be in my best shape ever. From this day forward, there will be no more excuses. I will achieve my dreams.

Starting Fresh!

OK so new school year is about to begin and I've decided that I'm actually going to commit 100% to my school work this year and most importantly, my pro-ana goals. I need some serious motivation this year from my ana buddies. I need someone to email, and/or text every day. I need some buddies that are as determined as I am to lose the weight and keep it off :) Please oh please help me! Email me at sunshinechild69@aol.com if you are interested.
