For me, pre-binge feelings are like balancing on a tight-rope, never knowing when you're going to fall, but feeling so anxious until the inevitable happens. And when it does, all I can do is try, try again by fasting it off - my own warped form of atonement. I'm a recent follower, finding this blog through other pro-ana blogs and I am also suffering an eating disorder (mostly bingeing/purging through exercise and 72 hour fasts a 2X/week) reading your blog and others make me realize I'm not alone. It is so much easier getting through this tough period in my disorder knowing that.
