Friday Check in #1

Here we go!! Day one of the challenge :) It's FASTING FRIDAY That means no calories today. Just lots of pure water to clean out and purify your body. My starting weight for this challenge in 135 : ( I decided to have one last night of cutting loose. It was Halloween after all, right? Not an excuse, I know, but it happened. I'd like anyone interested in joining the weight loss challenge from my previous post to leave a comment below. Tell me, what are your goals for this challenge? How much weight would you like to lose between now and Christmas Eve? My goal is to lose 12 lbs and possibly develop a thigh gap. 123 here I come. Anyone with me?

    So I don't have my own blog or anything (actually this is the first comment I've ever left on a blog, so I guess I'm a newbie). At the risk of sounding creepy or fangirly, I have been reading your posts every so often for a little while now and this diet idea of yours sounds great! I like the break up of days; I feel like it will keep things from getting monotonous. So I'm with ya. I feel like about 10 to 12 pounds sounds like a reasonable goal for the 50 odd days of the diet, so that will be my goal as well.
    I'm also crossing my fingers for a thigh gap and I really love the look of those delicate chest bones, so I'll throw those goals in to the mix.
    I'm excited to get started.

  2. I think I'll give it a shot. I fasted today, but because I'm reading this post for the first time and the day is over (it's almost 9PM here) unfortunately I had allot of "zero-calorie drinks" that have sweeteners in them...oops.
    I'm very active in my everyday life but I'm going to give this challenge a fair go regardless, I don't know if I can last until Christmas. I need something to shake me out of my rut. For now I'm only committing to lose 5 lbs. (because according to doctors I'm not suppose to be losing in the first place, lol) and hopefully I'll get some stomach muscles:).

    I follow your blog, I’m just awful at the whole commenting thing (I’m like this with text messages as well, I’ll read them then react to the phone as if the sender could see me then completely forget to reply)… Ah I should work on getting better!

  4. Sounds fun:-) my goal is to lose 14lbs. I saw this late so I will start Sunday morning!
