First day went amazing. I resisted so well on the calories and I played about two hours of tennis. Here's how today went:
Breakfast=
Granola bar:100 calories
Bottle of water:0 calories
Lunch=
Gatorade: 100 calories
Chips: 150 calories
Dinner=
Water: 0 calories
Tuna= 240 calories
Total calories= 590
NOT A BAD DAY :)!!!!!!!!!!!
