No Excuses, No Weakness

We were running low on groceries, so I went shopping. Usually the BF has me buy pop tarts , chips, cookies, brownies, snack cakes, candy, icecream, cheesy carb loaded stuff, junk. Ugh. It's so hard to say no... Not this time, baby!! I bough a mango, a watermelon, kiwis, bananas, tomatoes, spinach, milk, greek yogurt, pretzles, bottled water, sparkling water, whole wheat bread, havarti cheese, beagles, popsicles. Not too much damage I can do with those ingredients :) Just got to avoid the bread and cheese. I'm excited! 1,200 calories a day of pure fruit veggies and healthy dairy. This will be amazing <3

  2. Wow, that's exactly my shopping list, except I usually add strawberries. Anyway. I'm quite lucky that my boy doesn't like unhealthy crap... except beer which I hate. So. Lol. Don't yall get low cal bread or something? Like that's safe right? Xo

  4. What a grocery, good job! Your diet seems really be working for you now, congratulations for that :D

Omg, a bread with 120/slice? O.o There is such thing? What on earth... I'm terrified the Finnish archipelago bread that has syrup in and is really sweet (95/slice), but it's also so damn good. :3

  5. Shopping list looks great! Personally I try to stay well away from carbs (with the eception of crackerbread-20cals). The 1200 cal diet seems to be working for you so thats good :) Keep it up! x
