Sorry!

I am fully aware that I, "Disappeared without warning." 
I really appreciate all of the concerned emails

At least someone cares!
It's just been crazy chaotic around here lately, like always. 

It's no excuse, and I'm very sorry about that. 
My new resolution is to post at minimum once per week. 
It's not fair to leave you all hanging. 
I just finished that lovely time of month, so a fast is needed :) 
My eating patterns always go to shit this time of month.
  I need to rebalance things. 

SOOOO the plan is to fast Thursday- Sunday evening. 
Who wants to join me??

  1. Hellooo, I'm a long time reader but first time commenter. And actually I've only started reading blogs again like a week ago,
    so I've been trying to catchup on your 2013-14 posts. It's been taking me a while, but it's been worth the journey.

    Anywho... I was just going to say that I'm starting my blog up again, and am starting this new thing where I fast every Sunday, without fail.
    I picked Sunday, because that's the only time during the week that I can really guarentee that no one will notice me not eating,
    but I guess my point is that I wanted to say I'll be joining your fast! Kind of... At least for that day, anyways.
    I feel like one day a week will be relatively managable and I won't go on a crazy eating frenzy by the end of it, but this is my first time trying it, so we'll see I guess..

    Anywho, I'm just saying that I'll be joining you at the end. Sorry for the long rant.

  2. I haven't done a fast in FOREVER. It may be time! Yay for fasts! I don't think I can boss a 3 and a half day-er at the moment, but hell. I'll fast on Thursday for solidarity! Xo

    I just realized that I should probably post about my fast in enough time for people to actually join in lol So this Thursday, Friday & Saturday, I will be doing a water fast :) It's time to get below 120 ( or insert personal goal weight here lol)! No excuses this time!
