Paleolithic

Hello lovely readers! I have a question for you...
Has anyone tried the paleo diet?
I feel like it will be a good way to get to my ugw.
So tell me, does it work?
How much weight did you lose on it in how much time?

  1. I started following you over 2 years ago. I was 125lbs back then, today I'm 96lbs (I'm 5ft7). You were the first proana blog I found. Personally, diet wise. Take out gluten and dairy (no more bloating), read up on the alkaline diet (the best diet in my eyes) and try uncle's lees diet drink (flushes you out every morning). x

  3. Your abs look amazing! Not gonna lie, kinda envious right now.

    I've never tried paleo, but I think any diet where you are restricting certain foods *will help you lose weight* as your body and metabolism will change and adapt to adjust to the new diet. As long as you don't overeat on the foods that are permitted.

    I have been vegan for a year now, and when I am eating healthy unprocessed foods, mainly fruits and vegetables, with some whole grains, I lose weight very quickly. But if I am eating unhealthy foods, vegan or not, I either gain it back or just maintain.

    Just be conscious of what you are putting into your body. Natural foods are best; things in a package not so great.
