So, I'm planning on fruit and veg only fasting until Sunday evening.
That's almost 5 days of only the purest things going into my body.
I need a jump start for sure.
Oh and lots and lots and lots of water.
I'm using a cleaned out milk gallon as my daily water bottle.
That should be plenty.
My goal is to be 129 lbs by Monday

I use the 'milk galloon' strategy too when I need to drink more water haha XD
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I'm rather scared for you hun... For me fasting ALWAYS leads to binging afterwards... :( I hope that doesn't happen to you. Good thing is that fruits and veggies are really healthy XD make sure you get plenty of nutrients!
