Day 3 SGD: Another 400 day

:) Things are going swimingly with the SGD. It's really not too hard to stick with once you get through that first day. My biggest challenge is not binge eating at night after practice. My new solution is to just go upstairs and watch TV there. When I sit on the couch in the living room, it's just too easy to walk the 4 steps into the kitchen and grab as much food as I can get my hands on. I went through the whole house and tore the place up re arranging, cleaning, and bagging up all the crap I don't need to give to charity. I gave away 2 bags of shoes and 7 bags of clothing... I'm kind of ashamed that I had that much extra crap in the house. ( I still haven't removed all of my stuff from my parents house either, even through I've been moved out for almost 2 years. That's pretty bad.)  Anyways, the upstairs is a loft bedroom, but now it's our night time sanctuary :) All that's up there is bottles of water so I don't have to get up to get them, and risk being tempted by the kitchen downstairs. I'm busting my ass to be all muscle and bone this summer, and I'm lacing up for my first run in a very very long time in 26 min. Then maybe I'll get something to eat. Today is 400, so after running, I'll probably have some berries and a 1/2 glass of milk ( 100) . After I get home from class, I'll have 2oz chicken (75) over spinach with a touch of dressing (25) and some almonds (50). When dinner rolls around, I'm gonna have a huge fruit smoothie (150) and that will be my 400 day. Is anyone else on a spring diet or weight loss plan? I'd like to hear about it <3 Sunshine

  1. Hey honey ! Great idea about the TV haven .. I have just moved back to my parents and they are big eater , cupboards always full so straight from work / gym I go straight upstairs DVD , Music whatever and just stay there until morning.

I have an event coming up in October called ToughMudder you may or may not have heard of it but my excuse to everybody is that 'I'm in training' .. I am stripping down to muscle and bone , heavy weights lots of cardio and as little cal intake as possible. The only calories I want to consume are from natural sugars and protein.

I have your blog on my RSS feed now so I get an instant update each time you blog ! You must do it more .. You truly are an inspirationXx
